Mastectomy Specimen

Mastectomy specimen should be placed in formalin within 60 min. With 10% formalin and 1:10 volume of specimen: formalin ratio. Then the specimen need to be processed within 48 hours. Or else the status of ER/ PR/ HER-2 may be changed
