management of variceal bleed..seem too complicated. but just follow the flow chart
if u wanna classify the management, a good way is to divide it
- initial resuscitation
- OGDS and banding
- sangtaken blackmore tube, TIPSS
- surgery: porto-caval bypass/ esophageal transection/ liver transplantation
